Right, Where do I start...?

Tuesday, April 28, 2009

Yet another hell of a week for UDW! If you have been visiting Ultimate Doctor Who over the past few days, you have obviously been viewing the site on a web host called Wix.

Wix is a relatively easy to use Free web host system, that is good for Flash related stuff and things like that. I tried it out, and for many reasons, stopped liking it.
One reason, was the pages! Adding pages was just a pain in the backside! Another reason was who I was working with, but let's not get onto that subject...

Anyway, UDW will be back and up and running on Blogger, very soon! So keep checking back in future!

David Tennant and Russell T. Davies Interviewed

David Tennant, who plays the Tenth Doctor, and Russel T. Davies, who is the head writer, were interviewed by The Times newspaper yesterday.

In the interview they talked about the upcoming special, Planet of The Dead. Below you can view an extract.

Your run on Doctor Who saw you bring back plenty of old favourites: K-9, the Master, Davros. Anything you didn’t get round to?

RTD: I would have loved to have done a Star Trek crossover. The very first year, we talked about it. Then Star Trek finally went off air. Landing the Tardis on board the Enterprise would have been magnificent. Can you imagine what their script department would have wanted, and what I would have wanted? It would have been the biggest battle.

You can read the full interview here.

Planet if The Dead is due to air this Saturday on BBC One at 6:45pm.
